At Moody's, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. We're seeking an Events & Outreach Manager to join our team.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with team members and stakeholders to design and deliver annual event programs aligned with our company's strategic priorities.
  • Execute event plans, including setting KPIs, sourcing vendors, budgeting, and coordinating with key stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative engagement tools and strategies to raise attendance and engagement at Moody's events.
  • Provide proactive team support for the execution of complex events.
  • Ensure event data management systems are up to date.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years of events experience.
  • Experience managing events end-to-end, including positioning, planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Sharepoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Zoom.
