About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Institutional Advancement Manager I/II. This role will play a critical part in developing and enhancing our relations with donors, alumni, and stakeholders to support the University's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management team to formulate strategic plans for donor engagement and fundraising initiatives.
- Organize annual fundraising events and campaigns to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with alumni, donors, and stakeholders through various channels.
- Analyze fundraising activities and provide insights to inform donor database management and strategy development.
- Support the Director of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs in donor cultivation and related activities.
- Provide marketing support to fundraising projects and committees.
Requirements
- A recognized degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in education advancement, including donor management.
- Proven business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in trilingual languages to craft compelling pitches and reports.
- Ability to propose and implement new ideas, and take ownership of project management.
- Track record of business project management to meet expected outcomes.
