About the Role
We are seeking an Institutional Advancement Officer to join our Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing daily donation transactions and generating monthly reports
- Maintaining and updating the donor database by collecting and compiling donor information
- Assisting in organising fundraising activities and creating materials for donor recognition and appreciation
- Providing relevant reports and analysis from the systems for stakeholders' information
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clerical support, such as filing, invoice settlement, inventory control, and regular reporting
- Performing additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support the overall operations
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a recognised degree and at least 1 year's work experience, preferably in the education sector or organising events/fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), well-organised, disciplined, and proactive.
Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
What We Offer
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
