As an Assistant Institutional Advancement Manager I/II, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing relationships with donors, alumni, and stakeholders to support the University's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the management team to formulate strategic plans for donor relations and fundraising initiatives.
- Organize annual fundraising events and campaigns to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement effective internal and external communications to engage alumni, donors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze fundraising activities and provide insights to inform donor database management and strategy development.
- Support the Director of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs in donor cultivation and related activities.
- Provide marketing support to fundraising projects and committees.
- A recognized degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in education and advancement, including donor management.
- Proven business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in trilingual languages to craft compelling pitches and reports.
- Ability to propose and implement new ideas, and take ownership of projects.
- Track record of business project management to meet expected outcomes.
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
