About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs to join our Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs (OIAPA). The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating corporate communications, engagement, and publicity strategies to build the reputation and promote institutional advancement of the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective corporate communications, engagement, and publicity strategies to enhance the University's reputation and promote institutional advancement.
- Lead a wide range of functions including media relations, publicity, social media, events management, community engagement, public affairs, publications, crisis management, alumni relations, fund raising and donors' management.
- Provide prompt support to the senior management and support the Director's functions when required.
Requirements
- A recognized degree.
- Extensive working experience in strategic corporate communications, editorial, public affairs and stakeholders engagement.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mind with strong team management skills.
