Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager (Communications and Public Affairs) to join our Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs (OIAPA). The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the image and reputation of the University through large-scale events, digital marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate high-profile ceremonies, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Develop and execute digital and offline marketing initiatives and projects
  • Drive stakeholder and community engagement communications through events and activities
  • Generate and curate stories of interest within the University community

Requirements

  • A recognised degree or an equivalent qualification with at least 10 years of solid experience in corporate communications, public affairs, marketing, and event management
  • Extensive knowledge in social media
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua being an advantage
  • Ability to handle projects independently and meet tight schedules
