Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Office Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for assisting the investment banking team with general administration work, preparing presentation materials, and arranging travel. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative/sales support experience in the banking or financial services industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist the investment banking team with general administration work
- Prepare presentation materials, schedule meetings, and assist with internal & external call and video conference set up
- Responsible for travel arrangement
- Act as gatekeeper, screening phone calls and emails, responding or delegating to ensure a timely response
- Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative/sales support experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
