Service Administrator

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Maintenance Service Team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for filing, purchase requisition and order preparation, proposal preparation and tender preparation, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Service Team
- Prepare and submit purchase requisitions and orders
- Assist in preparing proposals and tenders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 3 years relevant experience in administration and secretarial support, with exposure in building services or engineering related industry an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong PC computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sense of customer service
