We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team at Manulife. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims professionals to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of claims professionals to handle claims from initial receipt to final resolution
- Develop and implement claims handling processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless claims handling
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs for claims professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
