Your expertise will be essential in driving the risk analytics and credit policy initiatives that align with our business objectives while maintaining a balanced risk-reward paradigm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the establishment and maintenance of an effective credit risk management framework.
  • Lead the analytics and credit policy functions to facilitate sustainable business growth.
  • Oversee the development, validation, and upkeep of risk models, including application and behavioral scorecards.
  • Prepare comprehensive risk management information system (MIS) reports for effective portfolio oversight and risk limit supervision.
  • Conduct organization-wide stress testing initiatives to assess risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with business units to innovate new products and refine existing processes.
