Job Overview
W-Consulting Company Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager, PLM Solutions to drive business growth in the Retail Industry across China.

About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and capitalize on the vast potential of the Chinese market for PLM solutions. As a Sales Manager, PLM Solutions, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, driving complex sales cycles, and identifying opportunities to provide relevant business solutions to clients in the Retail Industry.

Main Responsibilities
- Generate business leads and revenue for the China Retail market
- Drive complex solution sales cycles to deal closure
- Identify business opportunities and provide relevant business solutions
- Analyze customer business requirements to develop sales strategies and manage relevant business plans
- Deliver in-depth, broad-based sales presentations of the entire PLM Solution suite
- Produce written proposals and quotations for RFI/RFP/RFQ requests

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven success selling PLM and/or related Enterprise Application software in Retail Industry (such as department stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets)
- Experience in selling PLM / ERP / SCM or MES solutions
- Proven new account development skills and experience
- Ability to thrive in an evolving technology and commercial environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Confident with effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin
