We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our high-value clients in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively target and build personal relationships with high-value customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' fashion and lifestyle preferences to provide tailored recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities and prioritize leads to maximize sales potential.
- Work closely with the Global Personal Shopping team to manage customer expectations and maximize sales closed on waiting lists.
- Partner with the customer care team to resolve VIP customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion retail or customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Extensive knowledge and interest in current trends and fashions within ladies' wear and menswear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with customers.
- Fluent English language skills, with strong keyboard and written skills, and articulate with good spelling and grammar.
- Numerate with strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
