Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Personal Shopper to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Global Personal Shopping team, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with high-value customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively assist personal shoppers to target and build personal relationships with high-value customers in the APAC region
  • Develop an understanding of customers' fashion and lifestyle preferences
  • Identify customers' shopping spend and trends season on season, feedback to seniors, and follow up with relevant strategies
  • Ensure sales leads are identified and prioritized in daily workload
  • Maximize the use of technology available to meet sales targets
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a background in customer service or fashion retail sales
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Extensive knowledge and interest in current trends and fashions within ladies' wear and men's wear
  • Ability to work hard and play hard, as part of a growing team
  • An eye for detail and good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to network and build genuine relationships with customers
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills, with excellent keyboard and written skills
