Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist at Third Bridge Group Limited, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Public Equity clients. This involves understanding their research needs and identifying the right industry experts to support their projects. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional client service by providing fast, responsive, and thoughtful research solutions.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for financial markets and a keen interest in delivering high-quality research services. As an Industry Expert Connector, you will be responsible for engaging with a wide variety of industry experts across different industries and seniority levels. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to adapt your style effectively to suit the needs of our clients and industry specialists.
Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of our Public Equity clients' research needs and identify the most relevant industry experts to support their projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts through regular communication, including phone calls and professional correspondences.
* Provide exceptional client service by being a proactive research partner, delivering high-quality research solutions within tight timelines.
* Collaborate with colleagues locally and internationally to execute on projects and share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Strong academic credentials and/or extensive experience in a client-facing role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to compliance frameworks.
