The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the sale process for both auction and retail property, including:

  • Providing timely assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
  • Facilitating the sale process for applicable payment methods with high compliance and accuracy
  • Processing pre-sale transaction requests, including bids, paddle registration, and account setup
  • Working closely with business units to ensure exceptional client satisfaction

Key qualifications for this position include:
