Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Curatorial Affairs Project Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a recognised university degree in a relevant field, such as Chinese art history and archaeology, heritage/collection management, or conservation/conservation science. Strong interests in Chinese art and culture, preferably with some knowledge about working directly with art objects in museums, universities, or other organisations, are also required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience conducting research or teaching, and/or project/event management or coordination is preferred. Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, is essential. Good problem-solving skills, communication skills, and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese are also required.

Key Qualifications:
  • Possess a recognised university degree in a relevant field
  • Possess strong interests in Chinese art and culture
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Possess proficiency in office software
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and communication skills
