Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient distribution processes and procedures to ensure timely and effective distribution of insurance products.
- Manage the distribution team to guarantee accurate and efficient distribution.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures throughout distribution activities.
- Monitor distribution trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless distribution.
- Provide training and support to distribution staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during distribution operations.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date distribution data.
- Degree holder
- At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements related to distribution management
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
