Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include preparing quotations, sales contracts, and monthly reports. Additionally, you will assist in translation duties from Japanese to English/Chinese or vice versa, coordinate with internal and external parties on new product launches, and maintain an efficient database performing ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Higher Diploma or above with a certificate of JLPT (N1). A minimum of 1-2 years working experience, preferably in a Japanese company, is required. Previous experience in marketing and administrative support is also essential. Prior exposure in translation would be a great advantage. Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-minded, and a good team player are key attributes we look for in candidates. You should be well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, Japanese and Chinese WP. A good command of English and Japanese; Mandarin is a plus. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
