Job Description
As a Passenger Services Supervisor or Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer service to passengers in the terminal, including assisting with baggage handling and checking travel documents.
The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and experience in airport operations.
Benefits include discretionary bonuses, medical allowance, on-the-job training, and additional leave.
This is an entry-level position that requires shift work, with hours scheduled between 05:40 and 00:40, totaling 9.5 hours of work each day, including a 1-hour meal break, working 6 days a week.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Form 5 education (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; or Form 3 education or above with minimum 2 years of experience in airline operation or other relevant fields.
- Fluent in Cantonese, conversant in simple English and Putonghua.
- Experience in airport operations is preferred.
