We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our retail team in Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate will have a love for fashion, a flair for customer connection, and a desire to be part of a global brand that celebrates creativity and individuality.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate the Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, guiding, and inspiring customers with your deep knowledge of our collections, brand story, and values.
  • Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing personalized styling advice and building lasting relationships with our clientele.
  • Champion the Brand: Embody the Maison Kitsuné spirit – a blend of Parisian chic and Japanese minimalism – in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with your colleagues to create a welcoming and dynamic store environment.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry insights to provide the best service to our customers.

Requirements

  • Fashion Enthusiast: You have a passion for the Maison Kitsuné aesthetic and lifestyle.
  • Natural Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Experienced Retailer: Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Detail-Oriented: Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: For Senior Sales Executives: 3+ years of retail experience, leadership skills, and proactive problem-solving approach.
