Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections to ensure all facilities are maintained to high standards.
  • Manage a comprehensive suite of office services, including reception, mail handling, cleaning, and logistical support.
  • Oversee the management of office facilities, including HVAC and fire safety systems.
  • Supervise repair and maintenance operations to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and satisfaction of user needs.
  • Coordinate and direct maintenance tasks carried out by service providers and contractors.
  • Develop and oversee routine housekeeping and general facilities support functions.
  • Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively.
  • Mentor and guide the performance of team members.
  • Engage in additional duties as required.
  • Provide support to the Workplace team as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in facilities management and administrative roles within the financial sector.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • Positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Resourceful and adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
