**Job Title:** Facilities Management Professional
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team at JC Executive Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of our client's facilities operations, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that our client's business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Operations Management: Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of facilities management professionals to ensure that all facilities operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, to ensure that costs are minimized and that our client's business objectives are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all facilities operations are carried out to the highest standards, including regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with our client's standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including our client's management team, employees, and external partners.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, including the development of new facilities management services and the expansion of existing services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, including experience in team management, cost management, and quality assurance.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
