China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Data Centre & Network Implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance works.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with the planning team to provide technical advice and support for facility services and fitting out projects.
- Manage on-site services and progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the administration of the Data Centre & Network Implementation team, including coordinating with vendors and internal parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E&M construction field in Data Centre / Telecommunications industry.
- Strong technical skills in E&M installation and experience in handling electrical power and cooling related to infrastructure systems.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade A / B, Certificated Data Center Professional (CDCP), or Certificated Data Center Facilities Operations Specialist (CDFOS) is an advantage.
