Position Overview

The selected candidate will oversee the operations of a transgenic facility, providing essential services related to mouse transgenesis, embryological, and reproductive biology. Responsibilities include managing rodent breeding and supplying animals to research users, ensuring compliance with quality control standards in the animal facility, and conducting necessary laboratory tests.

Additionally, the appointee will assist in the overall management of laboratory animal facility operations, including inventory management, equipment upkeep, and building maintenance. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate experimental schedules.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. Extensive experience in mouse preimplantation, embryo manipulation, and laboratory management is essential.

Contract Details:
This position is for a duration of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal. The starting salary will be aligned with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Comprehensive fringe benefits, including annual leave and medical and dental coverage, will be provided. A gratuity will be awarded upon successful contract completion.
