Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, MBA Career Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing career advice to MBA students, working with other career advisors to review each student's career interest and latest job search situation, and supporting career services in career training development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide career advice to MBA students through regular 1-to-1 meetings or group communications
- Work with other career advisors to review each student's career interest and latest job search situation
- Support career services in career training development, gathering up-to-date MBA job market trends and providing insights to enhance students' employability
- Build new corporate partnerships and maintain current recruiters' relationship in Hong Kong and beyond to provide job opportunities for students
- Involve in planning and communications with speakers and students to ensure students take full advantage of career activities
- Support the team in preparing presentations, conducting data analysis and compiling reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of work experience, ideally from a Recruitment, Human Resources, Corporate Learning & Development or relevant background
- Passion in developing long term corporate relationships is a plus
- Proactive work attitude, sense of ownership, self-confidence, interpersonal skills and sense of urgency
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situation, willingness to find solution actively and curiosity
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Microsoft Office application

- Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience

- Gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract
