Provide Career Guidance to MBA Students
As a key member of the Career Services team, you will provide career guidance to MBA students from diverse backgrounds, leveraging your expertise to support their job search and career development. You will work closely with students to understand their career aspirations and provide tailored advice to help them navigate the job market.
Job Matching for MBA Students
You will collaborate with other career advisors to review each student's career interests and job search situation, providing insights and customized support to match them with relevant job opportunities.
Support Career Services in Career Training Development
You will gather industry insights and support the development of career training programs that enhance students' employability. Your understanding of corporate learning and development, recruitment processes, and industry trends will be valuable assets in this role.
Corporate and Employer Relations
You will build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and recruiters in Hong Kong and beyond, providing job opportunities for students and developing industry knowledge to support their job search strategies.
Career Activities
You will assist in planning and executing career activities, including recruitment talks, industry events, and career fairs, to provide students with valuable networking opportunities and career development resources.
Administrative & Reporting
You will support the team in preparing presentations, conducting data analysis, and compiling reports to inform career services strategies and improve student outcomes.
Ad-hoc Tasks
You will contribute to ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support the team's goals.
Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of work experience in a relevant field, such as recruitment, human resources, or corporate learning and development. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is required. A proactive work attitude, self-confidence, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
