Role Summary:

The Professional Services division at SHL is crucial in providing ongoing customer solutions through a variety of consulting and product-driven initiatives, as well as fostering sustainable growth within the SHL framework.

As an integral member of this team, you will engage with a diverse clientele, delivering tailored talent management and acquisition solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted consultant for clients on talent management and acquisition strategies, utilizing SHL solutions, assessments, talent analytics, and industry best practices. Building and nurturing client relationships through presales and delivery engagements across various regions. Collaborating closely with the commercial team during the presales phase to provide expert insights and shape talent solutions that align with client objectives. Engaging with senior leadership within client organizations to establish the framework for critical talent-related initiatives, presenting key deliverables that influence talent strategies and decisions. Designing, executing, and managing talent consulting projects, including but not limited to job analysis, competency modeling, high-potential identification, succession planning, executive assessment, talent analytics, and bespoke assessment solution design. Delivering comprehensive behavioral and psychological insights regarding talent within client organizations, utilizing psychometric assessments and face-to-face techniques such as interviews and behavioral simulations. Implementing SHL development interventions within client organizations to inspire behavioral transformations at both individual and group levels, impacting overall business results through assessment debriefs, coaching sessions, and learning workshops. Analyzing talent data and employing data visualization techniques to create impactful presentations and reports that support clients' talent decision-making processes. Providing training to clients on the effective use of SHL psychometrics and behavioral assessment methodologies. Offering peer coaching and mentorship to junior team members within the organization. Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will possess 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, either through consultancy roles or relevant HR positions. A postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources is preferred, showcasing a strong commitment to designing and delivering effective talent solutions. Extensive experience in talent assessment and consulting at the executive level is advantageous. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
