We are a leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company seeking an experienced Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead a contract management team in delivering daily contract management logistics and life cycle management.
  2. Support marketing programs in the Marketing Planning & Business Development department.
  3. Consolidate target database lists from marketing programs for creating adequate sales leads.
  4. Oversee service business administration and operations management including inventory planning and control.
  5. Provide sales administrative support including preparing sales reports and order logistics.
  6. Identify and implement new systems or workflows to improve operation efficiency.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 8 years' experience in service life cycle operation management or relevant field.
  2. Strong logical and analytical skills.
  3. Independent work style with good organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in written English.
  6. High proficiency in MS Office operations especially in MS Excel.
