About the Role:

This Sales Executive position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading software company and drive growth in key accounts.

As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of self-selected key accounts, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including economic buyers, CXOs, procurement, and renewal.
  • Act as the overall owner of the customer relationship.
  • Gain a deep understanding of HCLSoftware's cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions portfolios.
  • Develop compelling solution proposals that address customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of HCLSoftware's offerings.
  • Effectively negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and relevant local languages.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
