As a Hong Kong HR Assistant at KPMG China, you will play a crucial role in the selection and onboarding process. You will assist the team with arranging aptitude tests, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters and documentations, and applying for visas for new joiners. Your responsibilities will also include preparing logistics and attending online or on-site recruitment events and workshops.
You will be working closely with the university relations and employer branding teams to promote our organization and attract top talent. Additionally, you will draft and design promotional content for our social media platforms and support any ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong team player skills, good interpersonal skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also essential. Furthermore, you should be proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. This internship is open to university students working towards a bachelor's degree from all disciplines, preferably in Psychology, Marketing, Mathematics, and Social Science majors. Permanent Hong Kong residents or holders of a valid Hong Kong work visa are also eligible.
The internship period will last for 3 months, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to extend their internship based on performance. As a Hong Kong HR Assistant, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around HKD 12,000 - HKD 15,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
