- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the bancassurance or insurance sector within banking or financial institutions.
- Proven track record in selling insurance products effectively.
- In-depth understanding of insurance offerings coupled with strong business acumen.
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of functioning both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive work ethic.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Exceptional sales, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
