We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Specialist to join our team at HSBC. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on insurance solutions to our customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist advice on insurance solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are well fulfilled.
  • Handle individual insurance portfolios to ensure high customer satisfaction and persistency.
  • Establish effective working relationships with other teams within the Branch and relevant partners to deliver outstanding service standards.
  • Maintain high levels of compliance with guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure self and team activities follow relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meet HSBC standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary or university level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in life insurance, preferably in Bancassurance.
  • Extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Insurance related licenses, including Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1, 7, 8 and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1, 2, 3, 5.
  • Good level of verbal English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
