Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Channel Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and gaps in the market, aligning with cross-functional teams to determine the right persona and market segment, and developing and executing customer engagement strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer digital sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Identify gaps or opportunities for the Digital Direct Distribution Channel through market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Align with the Customer Insight team and Product Proposition team to determine the right persona and market segment in Digital Direct Distribution.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate closely with the Customer Transformation and Growth Department to develop and execute customer engagement strategies, including enhancing the end-to-end customer digital sales journey and creating targeted campaigns to drive customer interactions.
  • Product Development: Engage in the Product Steering Committee for new Digital Direct product development.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and report on the performance of Digital Direct Distribution to senior management and other stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Above: A Bachelor's Degree or above is required.
  • 8 Years Relevant Insurance Business Qualifications: 8 years relevant insurance business qualifications or equivalent (working experience in Marketing, Digital Distribution, or insurance product is highly preferred).
  • Strong Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, numeric sense, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Mature with Excellent Presentation Skills: Mature with excellent presentation skills.
  • Preference Given to Candidates with Actuarial Background: Preference given to candidates with actuarial, consulting, or insurance product background.
  • Good Knowledge of Insurance Principles: Good knowledge of Insurance principles and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Good Communication, Problem-Solving, and Coaching Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
