Key Responsibilities

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for:

1. E-commerce Platform Management

Oversee and manage multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

2. Sales Operations Support

Support sales operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, inventory management, and sales forecasting.

3. Customer Service

Handle online pre-sales and post-sales customer service, addressing product inquiries, complaints, replacements, and refunds.

4. Online Marketing Strategy

Assist in planning and executing online sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

5. Data Analysis

Review and analyze reports generated by e-commerce platforms to identify trends, opportunities, or issues.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of e-commerce systems; prior experience is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines with good time management skills.
