About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of guest satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay or visit.
  • Drive the team to make an impact in the lives of our guests and colleagues alike.
  • Elevate the experiences of very high-profile guests.

Requirements:

  • Intuitive mindset with the passion to elevate the "elements of luxury".
  • Possess 3-5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
