">As a business operations analyst, you will work closely with our teams to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and implement changes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining process documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing support to staff members. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and checklists.
- Provide training and support to staff members on new processes and systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

">* A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field;* At least 10 years of experience in business operations, analysis, or a related field;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and JIRA/Confluence software would be an asset.
