Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our team at Novo Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure smooth operations.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise in IT asset management and vendor coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of IT equipment, managing asset lifecycles, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Asset Management: Ensure all devices are properly maintained, updated, and disposed of in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors to guarantee equipment delivery and coordinate with the finance department for payment.
  • Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotes, oversee purchases, and invoice for IT equipment and licensing. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Identify recurring problems and implement preventive measures to enhance internal procedures and customer service.
Requirements
  • Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 support position.
  • Strong client focus, identifying needs and proposing solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Administration, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint) and desktop/laptop hardware support for Windows and Linux.
  • Knowledge of issue tracking and resolution ticketing systems (ZenDesk, ServiceNow).
