We are currently seeking applications for the position of:
Executive Assistant to the Vice-President (Administration)
Office of the President
(Post Ref.: 24/229)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional secretarial, administrative, and executive assistance to the Vice-President (Administration) of the University.
  • Coordinate with various Departments/Units and external stakeholders.
  • Manage reports, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Organize meetings and travel logistics.
  • Draft and review speeches, letters, and messages.
  • Provide administrative support to the Office of the President and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor(s).

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree accompanied by relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • High level of computer literacy across various systems and applications.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and managing tight deadlines.

Candidates with varying levels of experience may also be considered for appointment at an appropriate rank.

Compensation and Benefits
The rank and starting salary will be aligned with qualifications and experience. Applicable fringe benefits include annual leave, medical and dental coverage, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
