Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and HR Support to join our team at ConnectedGroup. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and bill payments.
• Assist in HR and operational duties and projects.
• Organise and coordinate meetings and events.
• Maintain and manage the office filing system.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of working experience in a professional administrative supporting role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and multitasking environment is an advantage.
• Professional etiquette, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
