We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
About the RoleThis is a critical role that requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, interview and assessment processes, as well as offer negotiation.
You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals. Additionally, you will participate in various Talent Acquisition projects, such as employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks and internship programs.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job postings to finalizing successful placements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the market.
- Educational Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience gained from the financial services industry, preferably in early careers hiring.
- Personal Attributes: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
We offer a competitive salary range of HK$ 48,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, medical insurance, and training opportunities.
