About the Role

Deutsche Bank's Private Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and tailored financial solutions
  • Work closely with the Investment Manager to build deeper client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Proactively identify client lending and financing needs, and work with lending specialists to develop these opportunities
  • Perform continuous market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities
  • Act as the Accountable Client Owner, responsible for all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) aspects of the client relationship
  • Participate in relevant client social events and PR activities
  • Uphold the team's operating rhythm, leading by example and demonstrating role-model behavior

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant wealth management experience for Vice President and at least 8 years of wealth management experience for Director and above
  • Fluency in English and the principal local language required for the covered market; other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Superior investment acumen and a good understanding of the governing regulatory framework
  • Professional integrity and a self-starter mentality
