Job Summary:

As a Client Services Manager in Private Banking, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Relationship Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to receive investment instructions from clients and ensure their timely execution. You will also assist in opening accounts, conducting KYC, and preparing credit applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for attending to client queries, liaising with internal and external parties, and preparing internal reports for senior management. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in private banking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded support to Private Banking Relationship Managers
• Receive investment instructions from clients and transmit same for accurate and timely execution
• Assist in opening accounts for clients and conducting KYC
• Assist in preparing credit applications for clients
• Attend to general client queries and liaise with internal and external parties
• Prepare ad-hoc and regular internal reports for senior management

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with major in Finance or related discipline
• At least 6 years solid working experience in serving personal banking clients, of which at least 3 years in private banking
• Familiar with investment products in private banking field
• Interpersonal skills - communicating effectively and providing value-adding advice to others, influencing, supervising effectively
• Able to analyze situations, prioritize, and implement processes effectively
• Strong character and able to work under stress
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
