Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Global Executive Consultants Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in corporate banking and private banking to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Facility Management: Prepare credit facility letters and security documents for both corporate banking clients and private banking clients, ensuring compliance with credit approval requirements.
  • Loan Document Review: Review standard and non-standard loan documents covering bilateral and syndication loans to ensure that conditions precedent are completed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including excel reports, and arrange timely and accurate submission of returns and reports to regulators and head office.
  • Credit Analysis: Perform credit analysis and provide recommendations for credit approvals.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement credit-related policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines, preferably with relevant qualifications in law and legal areas.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in corporate banking and private banking.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of legal requirements for implementing terms and conditions of credit facility documents, diverse range of credit-related skills, and sound knowledge of different types of lending and credit documentation.
  • Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Estimated Salary:

HK$45K - HK$70K per annum, depending on experience.
