Job Purpose
This role involves processing instructions from handlers and issuing policies with related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle policy documents for new business, renewal and endorsement within company standards of lead time and accuracy.
- Prepare policy documents for dispatch.
- Liaise with internal customers on policy administration issues.
- Participate in projects and perform user acceptance testing to enhance efficiency and quality of policy service.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word and Excel is essential.
- Good typing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- General Insurance knowledge is advantageous.
Estimated Salary: HK$40,000 - HK$60,000 per annum
