About the Role

As a Credit Administration Specialist in our Institutional Operations team, you will play a key role as a gatekeeper of internal policies and guidelines. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the operation flow between front-end and back-end processes, managing loan documentation from client facility documentation to credit facility activation, preparing loan documents based on ANZ standard templates, and coordinating with stakeholders for issuance and execution of required documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating the operational flow between front-end and back-end teams.
  • Managing the end-to-end loan documentation process from client facility documentation to credit facility activation.
  • Preparing loan documentation using ANZ standard templates.
  • Coordinating with customers, frontline, credit risk, and legal teams for document issuance and execution.
  • Issuing limit approval advice to operations for limit activation, managing annual reviews, internal triggers, financial covenants, and coordinating with stakeholders on valuation reports and insurance policies.
  • Processing data and documents as instructed, including preparation of drawdown SWIFT messages.
  • Liaising with Hub for month-end fee posting to P/L account.
What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Strong experience in control and documentation functions in banks.
  • Familiarity with the banking industry and operational flow.
  • Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues professionally, interfacing with relevant stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and business sense.
  • Understanding of the operational mindset and striving to enhance efficiency.
  • Self-motivation, strong organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
