Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement product lines, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Textiles and Clothing, Design or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of solid experience in handling ladies' fashion and apparel, mainly in woven areas.
- Pro-active, energetic, global vision, judgmental marketing insight.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- 5 days work per week.
