Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enterprise Applications Management: Oversee the implementation of enterprise applications and projects that contribute to the improvement and standardization of our business, technology infrastructure, and systems.
  2. Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements and prepare cost/benefit analysis to inform project decisions.
  3. Project Management: Deliver large-scale digital and ERP transformation projects on a regional/global scale, working closely with key stakeholders, senior executives, and IT teams.
  4. Operations Management: Manage and monitor daily functions and operations of the assigned area, ensuring continuity of services and SLA with vendor application support are met.
  5. Process Improvement: Work with business units to support process improvement and data analysis needs, ensuring timely communication to business stakeholders regarding system/process changes, training updates, and other pertinent information.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with business units and IT application development teams in project management, requirements study, and testing according to established procedures.
  7. Team Management: Mobilize large teams and drive both internal and external parties to commit to their work responsibilities and project deadlines.
  8. Communication: Ensure consistent communication to all stakeholders across all levels on project status, issues, and risk reporting.
  9. Project Success: Ensure project success and completion; escalate as necessary to remove any roadblocks impeding success.
  10. Multi-tasking: Multi-task and manage several projects concurrently.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  2. Experience: 5 years of experience in application implementation and management or project manager role, preferably with regional exposure in sizable companies.
  3. ERP Experience: 3 years of solid experience in ERP projects implementation such as SAP, JDE Enterprise One.
  4. Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale application projects and business process re-engineering. Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complexity with good problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, enjoy hosting and presenting in front of large groups. High attention to detail and attentive to risk. Ability to work independently on complex tasks which require analysis and action. Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the company and work well with staff members and user community, particularly with senior business management team.
  5. Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  6. Travel: Flexible to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. System Development Experience: Experience in system development/E-commerce/IBM Sterling/JDE Enterprise One.
  2. Agile Methodologies: Experience with leading teams utilizing Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  3. Certifications: PMP/SIX SIGMA Certification.
  4. Finance Experience: Relevant experience working with finance, supply chain, logistics, and HR systems.
