Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above.
  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry.
  • Shift duty is required.
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese.
  • Experience in service hotline or live chat handling is an advantage.
