Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Acquisition Strategist to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our digital acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data-driven digital strategies and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives. Your primary focus will be on driving new-to-bank/new-to-product retail product growth for different customer groups/segments via various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective digital strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention through various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market/portfolio analysis and e-commerce/online shop study to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital acquisition campaigns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, including channel optimization and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new digital marketing best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the banking and finance industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
