Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join us as Performance Marketing Manager. This key role will drive the formulation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to reinforce the brand of Hang Seng Bank, drive acquisition and usage of our digital banking and digitally enabled products and services, and strengthen customer loyalty to build long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies for various products and services, focusing on optimization of campaign and channel performance around KPIs such as CTR, CPA & ROAS.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of ad performance tracking capabilities and architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage interactions with internal and external parties to ensure timely and effective campaign creation and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to uplift digital marketing capability, sharing industry updates, best practices, and expertise in media tracking, brand safety measures, and more.

Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Information System, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in performance marketing, preferably with exposure to the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels, tools, and ad-tech platforms, including PPC, programmatic, social, SEM, affiliate marketing, DCO, and more.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation tools and reporting dashboards like Tealium audience stream and Looker.
  • Solid understanding and experience in data attribution and handling.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, ability to think outside the box, and constantly look for new opportunities to achieve business goals.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of working independently under pressure, and excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.

Estimated Salary Range

HKD 650,000 - HKD 850,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
